The LCA Middle School Volleyball Lions played at Russell Middle School on Tuesday, August 28. The Lions A-team were missing two of their usual six starters. The new lineup worked hard to handle the Russell team, but their efforts ended in a loss (9-25, 15-25). The Lions B-team told a different story, winning both sets (25-22, 25-16). The Lions refused to quit the whole match and came out on top as a result. Their record for the season is now 2-1 while A-team's record is 1-2. Both teams play again on Thursday at Buford.
