Varsity Baseball clinch #3 spot in the 1st Round of GISA Playoffs

Congrats to Varsity Baseball on clinching a spot as the #3 seed in the first round of the GISA playoffs.  They will travel to Eatonton, GA on Friday to take on the Gatewood School Gators.  This is a best 2 of 3 series.  Game times are set for 2:00pm and 4:30pm on Friday, with game 3, if necessary, to be played on Saturday at 3:30pm.

Lions were on the prowl serving our community in Grayson this weekend at the annual Grayson Athletic Association special needs baseball game. Way to serve Lions! #LCA  

Dominion Christian Runs Away With Early Lead In Victory

Loganville Christian Academy Lions watched the game slip away early and couldn't recover in an 8-2 loss to Dominion Christian on Friday. Dominion Christian took the lead on a single in the first inning.

The Loganville Christian Academy Lions struggled to put runs on the board and had a tough time defensively containing Dominion Christian, giving up eight runs.

Dominion Christian opened up scoring in the first inning. Michael Caldwell singled on a 1-0 count, scoring one run.

Dominion Christian scored five runs in the fifth inning. Dominion Christian's big inning was driven by singles by Hayden McCrary, Caldwell, and Cam Jones and by Logan Ehorn.

Caldwell led things off on the hill for Dominion Christian. He lasted six innings, allowing two hits and two runs while striking out 13.

Allen Brown got the start for Loganville Christian Academy Lions. He surrendered six runs on seven hits over four and two-thirds innings, striking out one. Ean Snell threw two and a third innings in relief.

Snell, Cole Yancey, Jesse Cash, and Brady Dexter each collected one hit to lead Loganville Christian Academy Lions.

Dominion Christian collected nine hits on the day. Treyton Rank, Caldwell, and McCrary each managed multiple hits for Dominion Christian. Rank led Dominion Christian with three hits in four at bats.
