Heartbreaker for the Lions against Social Circle High School

Thursday's game against Social Circle High School was a heartbreaker for Loganville Christian Academy, as they lost the lead late in a 6-3 defeat. The game was tied at one with Social Circle High School batting in the top of the fifth when David House singled on a 2-2 count, scoring two runs.

The Lions lost despite out-hitting Social Circle five to four.

The Lions knotted the game up at one in the bottom of the third inning. Douglas Janney hit into a fielder's choice, scoring one run.

Cole Yancey took the loss for Loganville Christian Academy Lions. He went one and one-third innings, allowing four runs on three hits and striking out one.

Dalton Strickland started the game for Loganville Christian Academy Lions. He lasted four innings, allowing zero hits and one run while striking out seven and walking zero.

Ean Snell, Dean Mugomba, Strickland, Yancey, and Huston Morris all had one hit to lead Loganville Christian Academy Lions.
