Loganville Christian Academy Lady Lions Fall To Heritage After Fifth Inning Score

Thursday's game against Heritage was a heartbreaker for the Loganville Christian Academy Lady Lions, as they lost the lead late in a 12-4 defeat. Heritage trailed 4-3 in the top of the fifth inning when #12 homered off of Kirstie Busbee, driving in two runs.

Heritage captured the lead in the first inning. #12 doubled on a 0-1 count in the first inning, scoring one run.

The Lady Lions knotted the game up at three in the bottom of the third inning and scored one run when Kirstie Busbee doubled with two outs in the third inning.

The Lady Lions scored four runs in the third inning and scored on a double by Nicole Parkerson, a double by Busbee, and a wild pitch.

Busbee took the loss for Loganville Christian Academy Lady Lions. She tossed four innings, surrendering six runs, six hits, striking out two, and walking one.

Parkerson, Busbee, Hannah Starling, Cassie Boatright, and Haley Biesiadecki all had one hit to lead the Lady Lions.
