Loganville Christian Academy Lady Lions Fall To Trinity Christian After Eighth Inning Score

Thursday's game against Trinity Christian was a heartbreaker for the Loganville Christian Academy Lady Lions, as they lost the lead late in a 7-5 defeat. The game was tied at three with Trinity Christian batting in the top of the eighth when McCrate singled off of Kirstie Busbee, driving in two runs.

The Lady Lions evened things up at three in the bottom of the seventh inning. With one out in the seventh inning Taurrya Owens drove in one run when she singled.

Kirstie Busbee took the loss for Loganville Christian Academy Lady Lions. She pitched eight innings, surrendering seven runs, 12 hits, striking out three, and walking one.

The Lady Lions collected 11 hits. Owens, Cassie Boatright, and Haley Biesiadecki each collected multiple hits. Boatright and Owens each managed three hits to lead the Lady Lions.
